hda0 was established in 2008 by two young, talented people experienced in electronics and IT business, specialists in after-sales service on Polish and foreign markets.

We do our business on the whole territory of Poland. We specialise in service of utility electronics:

• notebooks
• tablets, PDAs
• tuners and TV decoders
• monitors
• plasma and LCD Tvs

We have the required experience and technical possibilities to run a fully professional service. We are located in premises respective for service activity and employ educated, experienced technicians ready to meet the requirements of our customers as far as quality, quantity and reporting are concerned.

In everyday work we use our own, original computer system to control repairs and customer service. Each device received for repair is given a unique ID number, which enables us to track the status of the repair as well as to access the full history of repairs performed on that device. The computer system is continuously being developed to fit our needs and the needs of our customers.
 
Over 200 square meters of floorage is attuned to the needs of repairs. Airing is installed in each of repair rooms. Service center is protected by a monitoring and active alarm system.

All work stations have access to LAN network and to our own, booted diagnostic system, which allows us to diagnose specific components, update bios and firmware in all devices supporting standard PXE.

Service center has a structured cabling together with it's own server room, as well as backup 8 kVA UPS monitoring IT system.

Service area has a separate EPA zone which is protected fom the results of ESP discharge. We are able to perform classic, hot air and spot soldering. Soldering tools and work-stations are adjusted to work in lead and lead-free technology. Our Service center owns tools supporting BGA soldering process as well as ultrasonic washing machines.

Among measuring tools we have oscilloscopes, multimeters, eeprom and flash programmers, logic analyzer and analyser of data bus (spi, lpc, smbus and other).

The scope of repairs contains replacement of BGA and SMD components, discrete components, hand soldering of through hole components, connectors and many other repairs required to bring the device back to functioning.
